A two-story, two building 392,800sf office renovation in Santa Ana that includes new creative open air collaborative lobbies and interior/exterior meeting and dining areas for employee interaction.  The refurbishment included overhead tensile structures, outdoor seating areas, enhanced landscape, and the use of sustainable materials including ipe wood and exposed structural elements.
