This existing 102,000 sqft manufacturing and storage building was completely renovated to reposition the property to the Creative Office/R+D market.  Improvements include an open 2-story lobby with exposed steel and wood structure, open office areas, and outdoor gathering spaces.  The project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.
