In March of 2003, Douglas Franz Architects, Inc. was formed with the intent of providing high quality architectural design for professional office and industrial buildings in the Southern California area.  Since its inception, DFA, Inc. has designed over 20 million square feet of ground-up commercial buildings, including corporate office, industrial buildings, interior tenant improvements, and full building renovations.

We are a leader in our industry, providing comprehensive services to owners, developers and tenants alike. Our scope of services include site design and master planning, feasibility studies, building design, interior architecture, construction documentation, construction administration, and as-built drawings.  Our projects range in size and complexity, from small single story office buildings to business parks to high cube e-commerce warehouse buildings. 

We work with a range of clients including national and regional developers, institutional partners, land owners, local business owners, and individual tenants.  Focusing our expertise in Southern California has generated excellent relationships with local contractors and commercial real estate brokers, allowing us to provide a complete team approach to any project.
