This eight building 280,000sf industrial park in Ontario, CA, included multi-tenant industrial and for-sale dock high buildings, ranging in size from 14,000 to 100,000sf.  The site was designed to utilize the street frontage for retail uses, with larger industrial users further toward the rear of the site.
